Prices, product descriptions and stock levels shown on this site come from our
in-store system and are refreshed periodically. They are subject to change at any
time without notice, and all items are subject to availability. Stock can
sell in the shop while your order is being placed, so adding something to your
order does not reserve it.
We make every effort to keep this site accurate, but errors happen — a price, a
description, a size or an availability figure may be wrong. We reserve the
right to correct any error, and to refuse or cancel any order, including
after it has been submitted and paid for. If we cancel an order or an item, or
if what you ordered is unavailable when we pick it, we will contact you and
refund that amount in full to the original payment method. No contract of sale
is formed until we confirm your order is ready for collection.
Where a price on this site differs from the price at the register, the lower of
the two applies to your order. Prices shown are exclusive of Florida sales tax;
tax is calculated and charged with your order at checkout, and there is nothing
further to pay on collection. We may limit quantities on any item.
Pickup only. We do not ship or deliver alcohol. You must be 21 or over to
order. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at collection, and the person
collecting must be the person who placed the order. We will refuse collection
without acceptable ID, or to anyone who appears intoxicated, as Florida law
requires — in that event the order will be refunded. Orders not collected within
7 days may be returned to stock and refunded.
Product images are supplied by a third-party barcode database and are shown for
identification only; packaging, labels, vintages and pack sizes may differ from
the item supplied. Items are sold as described by the product name and size on
the listing, which prevail over any image. Vintages on wine may vary.
